We have been renting with Dreams In Panama for 7 years. If that’s not a testiment I don’t know what is. Through new management ownership it has exceeded our rental experience. Rob and Samantha have always responded to our correspondence in a timely manner as well as resolved any issues that comes up. Miguel is a great Resident Manager who is quick to take care of any issue that pops up. We are more than happy with Dreams in Panama and as we don’t typically recommend anything unless it exceed our expectations, we highly recommend Dreams In Panama and Rob and Samantha.

You won’t find better property mangers. Sam and Rob are extremely patient and highly professional. They go the extra mile to make sure you are having a positive experience during your stay. I have been renting with DreamsInPanama for nearly two years. I was not happy with my previous situation as the leasing manager was extremely non responsive and unprofessional. You will not find better management; Sam and Rob are the best. They have an on-site manager, Miguel, who is quick to resolve issues, fluent in Spanish and looks out for your best interest. Don’t waste your time searching for anyone else to lease from.

Not many are fortunate to stay several months living la vida on the beach. I have been living in a Coronado Bay condo presented by Dreams in Panama for 5 months and loved every minute of it.
My apartment was excellent. Furnished, excellent condition well maintained, and the views from my balcony were stellar. Management from the company took care of my smalleat requests with a smile and quick response time

Security at the complex is excellent, amenities more than I expected. We all know you read a listing and what is printed, well it doesn’t live up to what is actually there. Cbay surpasses the list. Beautiful pool w a covered lounge area on the roof, with access to the gym thats one floor up, beautiful pool on the ground floor with covered cabana seating area, and there lies the gate to heaven…..the beach.

The beach is beautiful. White sand with black sand swirling and mixing as the tide moves in and out. Amazing rock formation that is walkable with low tide for exploring ot just grtting a little exercise. You can walk for an hour either direction on the beach and enjoy the sights and sounds.
I would definitely go again and rent from Dreams in Panama, they treated me like a queen and pricing was very budget friendly.

This management team is dedicated to serving clients. I’ve been in an apartment for two months and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. They handle issues immediately and are very pleasant. I will definitely use their services again.

My girlfriend and I stayed the second time at Coronado Bay and were really pleased with everything.
It’s a really complete offer with all we needed: well equipped kitchen, different pools, very close to the beach,
very nice gym etc.
Also the hosts were really nice and enabled us to make a late check out to enjoy the sun of our last day.

My wife and I have stayed at Coronado Bay a number of times
prior to this stay. We just recently left after a 6 week stay at one of Samantha’s rentals. The unit was spotless with magnificent ocean views. The service Samantha and property manager Miguel offer is exceptional, from the time of initial booking to the time of departure. They are both very responsive at returning calls or texts. You will not find a team in the
Coronado area that will look after you better than Dreams in Panama. It is our 5th visit to Coronado and without question the
best all round service we have ever received. As for the building itself the various photos you see on line say it all. Mountain and ocean views, sunny days and beautiful warm evenings. Should you wish, crack open the windows at night and let the sound of the waves drift you to sleep. The setting cannot be beat. I am back 3 days and miss it already.

My family stayed here for a month and it was amazing. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Samantha and Miguel were super helpful and always responded quickly. The pools are beyond beautiful and the rooftop gym/pool/seating was our favorite place. Beach access was convenient and my boys loved going boogie boarding every morning. We would definitely come back. In addition the building was walkable to restaurants and a small grocery store. It was perfect! We would definitely use Samantha and Dreams in Panama again.

My husband and I have spent a couple of weekends here at Coronado Bay, each time that we have rented from Samantha we have been very pleased. We made the mistake of renting from someone other than Dreams In Panama and was disappointed in the apartment and the customer service. Samantha and her dream team have always been more than helpful and nice. We look forward to coming back soon. If you are looking to rent on the beach, do yourself a favor and get in touch with Samantha, do not look any further.

My husband, son and I visited Coronado Bay on our trip to scout Panama for possible relocation. Samantha was so helpful in answering our 469 random questions. She recommended a great company for transportation and tours as well. We arrived and everything was MUCH better than we even expected. The pictures here are beautiful but in person they are breath taking! The apartment was completely furnished and equipped with everything we needed… even beach towels! It was very clean and the building itself is wonderful. Samantha and Miguel are TOP NOTCH in our books. Now to get home and plan our escape to Dream in Panama forever.
